Melanie grew up in Northern Indiana and is a graduate of the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida with majors in space planning, contract interiors, and art history. She earned her R.P.A. Designation from BOMI in 2014.  She has management experience in interior design sales, commerial office & retail properties for over 12 years in South Florida. She specializes in the kind of hands on management involvment bridging owners and their tenants while iincorporating best practices for maintenance and improvements.

Bob Morvilllo, Broker-Associate- Bob has worked in the South Florida Commercial Real Estate market for 20 years. Bob began his Brokerage career with Coldwell Banker Commercial specializing in Tenant/ Landlord representation. With a diverse range of Commercial Real Estate experience, honing many skills including Purchase and Sales negotiation, Leasing, Construction/renovation management and Property Management. He has a strong understanding of the different variables that define this dynamic industry. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Victor Correa - Licensed Real Estate Associate.

Victor was born and raised in New York City. He was originally licensed in real estate sales in that state but moved to Florida after the 9/11 tragedy. He also possesses a degree in computer networking. For more than 10 years Victor has worked in the Risk Management field assessing properties and businesses from numerous commercial levels ranging from $1m to $100m and territories from Miami-Dade to Melbourne in Florida. Victor resides in West Palm Beach with his wife and children. In his free time he enjoys reading, playing chess, Jazz music, watching movies and history.

Geoff Thomas - LCAM & Lic. real estate sales Associate. Geoff is a graduate of both FAU and Palm Beach State College and has been a Florida licensee since 1999. Having seen the many changes in Condominium law over the years he specializes in hands on managment of Associations and their budgets, maintenace, contracts, permitted projects, and legal issues. Geoff has also owned his own commercial retail properties over the past decade. He lends his expertise in better management practices for communities struggling with self management or other issues. Geoff resides in Lantana with his wife and two sons.
